OUR PROCESS
1. DISCOVERY
Everything starts with our Initial Phone Call. We ask you to fill out our Design Questionnaire before our chat to have a better understanding of your project, style and requirements.
During our Call, we’ll have the opportunity to learn about you and your project, and answer questions. We can arrange a site visit to your home and start our design research phase if this is needed.
2. DESIGN & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We'll proceed to start developing floor plans and layout options for your space and start exploring viable and functional options for your design.
In addition to it, we'll begin sourcing finishes and fixtures to be paired with the project's budget and presented to you.
3. DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
At this stage, we meticulously create detailed design drawings and documents that clearly communicate the design direction to the builder or contractor. It's a critical step where we put everything together before construction, ensuring that we bring your project to life exactly as envisioned. Our attention to detail and precision in this phase sets the foundation for a successful and seamless construction process.
4. IMPLEMENTATION AND COORDINATION
During this phase, our team collaborates closely with trades and contractors to ensure that our design is executed to the highest standards.
We make periodic visits to the job site and work closely with trades to ensure that any unexpected events are addressed promptly. Effective communication between all parties involved is key to ensuring that our design documentation is followed accurately and that the final product is delivered according to our clients' expectations.
